Sometimes this can lead to young people wanting to talk more about their mental health and wellbeing as a result.
These materials include session plans, blogs and videos and signposting to mental health services. These resources are ideal for youth professionals such as teachers, college tutors or youth group leaders to help them facilitate a discussion around mental wellbeing.
